Argh it is good that they have a good and thorough security policy, but at
the moment it is starting to be a bit annoying, however I am nearly there:
I have now a lot more options and found the option however:

Bug Supervisor: (Optional)
 (Choose… <https://bugs.launchpad.net/people/>)
You cannot set Back In Time Team as the bug supervisor for Back In Time
because you are not an administrator of that team.
If you believe that Back In Time Team should be the bug supervisor for Back
In Time, please notify one of the Back In Time Team
administrators<https://launchpad.net/%7Ebit-team/+members>
.

The person or team responsible for bug management.

So sorry Dan you are the one that should do it. On the bug overview page you
can change the supervisor by clicking on the yellow button behind it...
