This will help to some point where for a specific backup profile I'd
choose the hour of the day for backups that don't need a higher
frequency..

But for me I have many large files changing frequently during the day so
I need frequent backups during the day. The hourly backup was fine but
now sometimes it can take up to 40mins to complete which makes my system
a little sluggish during that time. It would be useful if I could
perform the backup every two or three hours for example.

If a user definable frequency is too complicated to implement then
perhaps an additional predefined option could be provided. E.G. hourly,
every 2 hours, every 4 hours, daily, monthly, etc.

Bug description:
I've been using BiT for almost a year now and it has worked well.

I have the backup frequency set to hourly but would like to have it less
frequent, like 2 or 3 hours. I have so many large files to back up that it
takes almost 40 minutes to complete a backup. While the backup is being
performed my system becomes a little sluggish so I would like to increase the
interval of the backups.

Daily backup is no good for me as the laptop is not left on overnight so the
daily backup never runs.
