Weather: Some sun and cloud. Temps 4C-11C. Moderate WNW switching to straight W, which seemed to shut down the small flight. Raptor Observations: Today was pretty much about eagles, with 13 Goldens in one hour and one more, plus 27 Balds of various ages. A dark morph Red-tail was also seen. Non-raptor Observations: Most notable were 10 Evening Grosbeaks that flew past the platform to the north. eBird list here: https://ebird.org/checklist/S282416485 Predictions: Tomorrow calls for some sun but winds E switching to SE and SW. Any flight will probably be small. ======================================================================== Report submitted by Chris Burris ([email protected]) Hawk Cliff Hawkwatch information may be found at: http://www.ezlink.ca/~thebrowns/HawkCliff/index.htm More site information at hawkcount.org: https://hawkcount.org/siteinfo.php?rsite=392 -- Ontbirds and Birdnews are moderated email Listservs provided by the Ontario Field Ornithologists (OFO) as a service to all birders in Ontario.
