Weather:
Temps 10C-17C. Winds moderate S to SSW. Variables clouds.

Raptor Observations:
Minus the 300 or so Turkey Vultures lifting off as soon as the thermals got
going, rapt sightings were scarce, but Golden Eagle and Peregrine Falcon
singles spiced up the day.

Non-raptor Observations:
American Pipits are starting to appear in numbers. eBird list here: 

Predictions:
The forecast is for partly sunny skies and modest NW winds, weakening into
early afternoon, so there may be some numbers moving by mid-morning.
