Weather: Temps 10C to 17C. Complete cloud cover eventually completely dissipated. Winds moderate N-ish throughout the day. Raptor Observations: In addition to late-ish singles of Osprey and Broad-winged Hawk, we logged an impressive 14 Golden Eagles -- 11 in 40 minutes! All were subadult birds. Non-raptor Observations: Tundara Swans noted overhead. eBird list here: https://ebird.org/checklist/S279598801 Predictions: Winds forecast for NE to NW throughout the day with little cloud. Raptors should still be moving, but some will probably be hard to spot once again. ======================================================================== Report submitted by Chris Burris ([email protected]) Hawk Cliff Hawkwatch information may be found at: http://www.ezlink.ca/~thebrowns/HawkCliff/index.htm More site information at hawkcount.org: https://hawkcount.org/siteinfo.php?rsite=392 -- Ontbirds and Birdnews are moderated email Listservs provided by the Ontario Field Ornithologists (OFO) as a service to all birders in Ontario.
