Good morning birders, For our final day of the Bird Festival there is still good bird activity. Many migrant warblers have been noted in a number of places, including BLACKPOLL, CANADA, MAGNOLIA, PALM, BLACKBURNIAN, and more. A number of CUCKOO have been seen as well. Redbud Trail and Tilden Woods seems to have good pockets of birds. Other areas of the Park have not reported in yet. At the Tip a RED KNOT was seen. Other shorebirds there include RUDDY TURNSTONE, SANDERLING and DUNLIN. The YELLOW-BREASTED CHAT located in the Cactus Field was seen again today. There was a WHITE-EYED VIREO again along the Redbud Trail. BLACK TERNS are back on the Marsh Boardwalk trail. At Hillman Marsh in the shorebird cell a GLOSSY IBIS put in an appearance.
