Observers:

Visitors:
Six visitors today.

Weather:
Clear, partly cloudy. Day started at -1C, finishing at 3C, feeling like -4C
with wind chill. No precipication. Cloud cover varied, starting at around
5%, reaching as high as 40% at around 09:30, and averaging about 10%.
Fairly steady westerly winds averaging around 24km/h with gusts in the
30km/h range. Nice to have sun!

Raptor Observations:
A fairly good flight today. Non-migratory red-tailed hawk, Cooper's hawk,
and sharp-shinned hawk observed. Fairly steady migratory movement observed
with a generally low flight at around 20-30m. A total of six bald eagles
passed over today, with four adults, a second year, and a third year. Much
more exciting than previous days.

Non-raptor Observations:
My first of year song sparrow was hanging around this morning. A large
group of snow buntings passed late in the day, and a cackling goose in
amongst Canadas were the highlights for anotherwise routine non-raptor
list.

Predictions:
Similar conditions with slightly stronger winds look to keep the mix and
numbers similar. Maybe our first golden eagle of the season?
