----------------------------------------------------------------------

Observation start time: 10:00:00
Observation end time: 13:00:00
Total observation time: 3 hours

Official Counter: 1Counter

Observers:

Visitors:
None.

Weather:
Nice mix of sun and big puffy cumulus clouds consistently around 60% for
the count period today. Temps 0C (felt like -5C with the wind chill) and
got to a high of 2C. Winds were light to moderate from the W and then
backing to the NW.

Raptor Observations:
Not a bad flight today for just the 3 hour count period with another 4
Golden Eagles and a great count of Redtails (350).

Non-raptor Observations:
The counter mentioned a number of passerines seen but with no specifics
other than it included some warblers.

Predictions:
The next couple of days have a forecast of NE to E winds for Tuesday and
then NW winds on Wednesday BUT with a real messy mix of precipitation
possible. IF it turns out the precipitation is all snow then the birds may
actually move but if there's too much rain mixed in that would shut down
the flight most likely.
