A big thanks to everyone that helped with today's count. Weather: A great hawk watching day weather wise with light to moderate NE and N winds for the day and a good mix of sun and cloud. Temps ranged from 11C to start to a high of 16C. Raptor Observations: A decent flight today with a total of 1020 birds as we continue to the tail end of the Broad-winged Hawk push and a good push of Sharpies. The highlight today was the season's only Swainson's Hawk so far which was observed by a few of the folks onsite today.
