BLACK-BELLIED WHISTLING-DUCK (Durham): Possibly the Cranberry Marsh bird
(last seen August 29) was one found by Linda V. on September 8 in the
Courtice Duck Pond near the intersection of Robert Adams Dr and Worthington
Dr.

White-winged Dove (Thunder Bay): Rob Swainson reported one in his Mountain
Bay Drive yard in Thunder Bay on September 5.

American Avocet (Chatham-Kent): Blake Mann found one at Blenheim Sewage
Lagoons on September 2 that turned into three birds the next day. Two were
present again on September 7.
American Avocet (Essex): Jeremy Hatt found three birds at Essex Sewage
Lagoons on September 4 that remained to at least September 7.

Willet (Chatham-Kent): Steve Charbonneau photographed one bird at Laverne
Kelly Memorial Park in Erieau on September 5.
Willet (Essex): Possibly the same bird that was reported last week, Mike
Austin reported one off Blue Heron in Point Pelee on September 4.

Long-tailed Jaeger (Hamilton): Up to three birds were reported off Van
Wagner's Beach on September 5.

Sabine's Gull (Essex): Michael McAllister found a juvenile off the tip of
Point Pelee on September 3.
Sabine's Gull (Hamilton): Brett Fried reported one off Van Wagner's Beach
on September 5 and up to four were reported there on September 7.

Arctic Tern (Manitoulin): Nate Badger reported one at a private location on
Martin Lake on Manitoulin Island on September 4.

NEOTROPIC CORMORANT (Frontenac): The bird found by Jenny Newton in
Cataraqui Bay on July 28 was seen by many all week to at least September 8.
NEOTROPIC CORMORANT (Toronto): Patrick Scanlon found an adult at Sunnyside
Beach on August 20 that remained in the area to be seen by many through at
least September 3.

American White Pelican (Hamilton): The bird found last week in Cootes
Paradise was reported again this week to at least September 8.
American White Pelican (Nipissing): Corinne Filion reported one from Tomiko
Lake on September 6.

YELLOW-CROWNED NIGHT-HERON (Toronto): The juvenile bird found September 1
by Marsha Duggan remained all week, seen by many to at least September 8.

Glossy Ibis (Manitoulin): The bird found by Paul Frost north of Providence
Bay on August 27 remained until at least September 2.

Black Vulture (Muskoka): Barbara Taylor reported one over the Bracebridge
Sewage Treatment Ponds on September 7.
Black Vulture (Niagara): A single bird was reported this week from the
Queenston area.
Black Vulture (Northumberland): Kurt Appleman found one near the harbour in
Port Hope on September 3 that was reported again September 6.

Western Kingbird (Chatham-Kent): Robert Baumander reported one from the
Marsh Trail at Rondeau PP on September 2.
Western Kingbird (Thunder Bay): Al Harris photographed one at pool 6 in
Thunder Bay on September 3.

Yellow-headed Blackbird (Algoma): Ron and Linda (Tozer) Johnston reported
two birds in a flock of starlings on September 6 near Rydal Bank.
Yellow-headed Blackbird (Brant): Ellen and Jerry Horak found one near Paris
at the stormwater pond along Powerline Rd on September 4 that remained to
at least September 6.
Yellow-headed Blackbird (Toronto): Gavin Platt reported one from Tommy
Thompson Park on September 8.

Dickcissel (Essex): Singles were reported from Point Pelee on September 2
and 4.
Dickcissel (Norfolk): One bird was reported from Old Cut field station on
September 7 and another from Breakwater on September 8.
Dickcissel (Wellington) Curtis Combdon reported a nocturnal migrant
overhead Guelph early in the morning of September 5.
