BLACK-BELLIED WHISTLING-DUCK (Waterloo): Ky Lauzon found one at Rim Park in Waterloo on July 1 and it has remained to be seen by many to at least July 14. BLACK-NECKED STILT (Middlesex): The two birds found by Bill Lindley at Strathroy Sewage Lagoons on May 12 and their young were seen to at least July 14. American Avocet (Essex): Evan Sinclair found a breeding-plumaged bird at the Florian Diamente Nature Reserve on Pelee Island on July 11. American Avocet (Middlesex): Stephen Taylor found a breeding-plumaged bird at Komoka PP on July 8 that was seen by many the same day. NEOTROPIC CORMORANT (Essex): The bird found south of Amherstburg on July 5 remained to at least July 10. DARK-EYED "GRAY-HEADED" JUNCO (Essex): Jamie Fowler photographed one on the Shuster Trail in Point Pelee on July 12. Blue Grosbeak (Chatham-Kent): Paul Pratt found a young male that appears to be maintaining a territory on July 5 just north of Tilbury on Rogers Street that remained to at least July 14 and was seen by many.
