Over the past week I have been asked about access to the Harrow Sewage Lagoons.

There is a permit to enter and it is open to members of the Essex county Field
Naturalists.
Members may request a copy of the permit and adhere to the guidelines. Also you
can obtain the combination to the lock on the gate for the 3rd Concession.

If you are not a member of the Field Nats the information regarding membership
is found here.
https://www.essexcountynature.com/membership/

The water management company have requested that individuals do not contact
them regarding a permit and that everything goes through the umbrella permit
with ECFNC.

Thanks,

Donny
