BLACK-BELLIED WHISTLING-DUCK (Niagara): The long-staying bird remained at Dufferin Islands this week. GREEN-WINGED TEAL (EURASIAN) (Toronto): A male has returned to G. Ross Lord Park in Toronto, which is the same location where one was for much of last winter. It was first found last week and reported this week November 12-17. RED-CRESTED POCHARD (Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry): The female found last week at the Ault Island causeway remained this week with reports November 14-17. Obviously, there are questions about provenance. Harlequin Duck (Durham): An adult male continued around Thickson's PointNovember 12-18. Harlequin Duck (Greater Sudbury): A female-type bird was at Fielding Memorial Park November 17-18. Harlequin Duck (Niagara): Two adult males were photographed above the falls November 16. Harlequin Duck (Simcoe): A female type bird was photographed in Collingwood Harbour November 16. Harlequin Duck (THUNDER BAY): The adult male was off Terrace Bay again this week, photographed November 15. Harlequin Duck (Toronto): A female continued near Ontario Place November 12-14. Barrow's Goldeneye (Ottawa): Up to two were reported from the Rideau River at Strathcona Park November 12-17. Barrow's Goldeneye (Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry): A female was reported from the Long Sault Parkway November 13. Eurasian Collared-Dove (Cochrane): One bird was reported from a feeder in Matheson November 15. Hudsonian Godwit (Norfolk): Two birds were reported flying by the Coves November 15. Hudsonian Godwit (York): The Ravenshoe Road, Keswick bird was reported November 12-14. Purple Sandpiper (Halton): One bird was reported flying south along the Burlington beach strip November 18. Red Phalarope (Durham): One bird was reported off Thickson's Point November 18. Red Phalarope (Lambton): One bird was reported off Ipperwash Beach November 15. Red Phalarope (Niagara): One bird was reported off Fifty Point November 12. Red Phalarope (Ottawa): One bird was seen by many along the Ottawa River east of the start of the Champlain Bridge November 16. Pomarine Jaeger (Lambton): One bird was reported off Ipperwash Beach November 15. RAZORBILL (Northumberland): One, possibly two birds were off Presqu'ile Provincial Park November 13. RAZORBILL (Toronto): One bird was photographed off Tommy Thompson Park November 12 and another or the same was reported there November 13. Black-legged Kittiwake (Grey): One bird was reported from Owen Sound harbour November 14. Black-legged Kittiwake (Niagara): One bird was photographed from Fort Erie November 14. Black-legged Kittiwake (Ottawa): One bird was photographed during its very brief stay at the Moodie Drive quarry pond November 13. Laughing Gull (Niagara): One bird was photographed and seen by many at Lakeside Park in St. Catharines November 13. SLATY-BACKED GULL (Ottawa): The long-staying bird was seen almost daily this week around the Moodie Drive quarry ponds. Pacific Loon (Simcoe): Almost daily reports came in from the Barrie waterfront this week, with a high of two birds reported November 14. NORTHERN GANNET (Halton/Hamilton): One juv. was seen again this week between Bronte Bluffs Park and the Burlington Ship Canal November 16 and 18. NORTHERN GANNET (Niagara): A juv. was seen and photographed by a number of observers around the mouth of the Niagara River off Niagara-on-the-Lake. Cattle Egret (Algoma): One bird was at Bar River Flats November 12. Cattle Egret (Bruce): One bird was seen by several observers east of Tiverton November 18. Cattle Egret (Chatham-Kent): One bird was reported near Mitchell's Bay November 13. Cattle Egret (Lennox and Addington): One bird was photographed just west of Newburgh November 14. Cattle Egret (Middlesex): One bird was on Franks Lane in west London November 18. Cattle Egret (Muskoka): One bird was photographed on Browning Island in Lake Muskoka November 16. Cattle Egret (Niagara): One bird was photographed with gulls in Fort Erie November 17. Cattle Egret (Northumberland): One bird was seen at the Brighton Sewage Lagoons November 12. SAGE THRASHER (Chatham-Kent): The bird found last week at the Mitchells Bay south lakeshore nature trail continued to at least November 18. Harris's Sparrow (Hamilton): One bird was found near Copetown along Inksetter Rd about 150 m south of Conc. Rd. 2 November 14 and continued to at least November 17. Orchard Oriole (Durham): A very late bird was seen at Thickson's Point November 13 and 15.
