Observation start time: 08:00:00
Observation end time: 15:00:00
Total observation time: 7 hours

Official Counter: 1Counter

Observers: Cary Graham, Catherine Manschot, Jim Bradshaw, Keith Sealy,
                  Kitty Bradshaw

Visitors:
Thanks to Jim and Kitty for doing up today's count report and to observers
Keith S, Cary G and Catherine M (from the NPH).

Weather:
Some cloud cover to start the day with about half the sky covered and then
slowly building in to 100% cloud cover before clearing a bit in the last
hour of the count. Winds were moderate first from the W but backing to SW
for the rest of the day. Temps ranged from 12C to 18C and humidity dropped
fairly quickly which always seems to help the flight get going.

Raptor Observations:
Today's flight was pretty much as expected with not a big number of birds
with just 73 tallied but with 9 different species noted. They counters had
another Golden Eagle today along with another 4 Peregrines and another 2
Red-shouldered Hawks.

Non-raptor Observations:
None reported.

Predictions:
It's looking pretty wet for tomorrow (Thursday) so I'm not expecting much
of a flight but keep an eye on the weather for Friday as forecasters are
calling for light to moderate N and NW winds which is always good for this
point in the season.
