GREEN-WINGED TEAL (EURASIAN) (Toronto): The long-staying male was seen again this week at G. Ross Lord Park on April 23. King Eider (Toronto): One female continued at Tommy Thompson Park, reported on April 24. Harlequin Duck (Algoma): A female type bird was photographed off Whitefish Island, Sault Ste. Marie April 29. Harlequin Duck (Durham): The adult male was reported April 24 off Cranberry Marsh. Harlequin Duck (Peel): Three birds were photographed together off J.C. Saddington Park on April 24. Harlequin Duck (THUNDER BAY): The female bird continued off Terrace Bay APril 24-29. Willow Ptarmigan (OTTAWA): One bird was photographed near Sarsfield on April 25 but has not been refound. Eared Grebe (Lambton): One bird was reported at Canatara Park in Sarnia April 23. American Avocet (Essex): Up to 47 birds were reported at Hillman Marsh April 27-29. American Avocet (Parry Sound): One bird was seen April 24 near Callander. Marbled Godwit (Essex): Up to nine birds were reported at HIllman Marsh April 27 and one was still there April 28. Purple Sandpiper (Ottawa): One bird was on the Quebec side of the river, viewed from Britannia April 29. CALIFORNIA GULL (Brant): An adult was photographed in Brantford April 23 and seen again the next day. NEOTROPIC CORMORANT (Durham): One bird was reported in flight off Oshawa Second Marsh April 26. NEOTROPIC CORMORANT (Ottawa): The Ottawa bird remained around Dow's Lake April 23-29. Snowy Egret (Norfolk): One bird was seen by several observers in Long Point Provincial Park April 24. Glossy Ibis (Toronto): One bird was seen in flight near Steeles and Kennedy April 28. Black Vulture (Grey): One bird was reported in a field near Redwing April 25. Black Vulture (Hamilton): One bird was reported at Iroquoia Heights CA April 27. Black Vulture (Middlesex): One bird was reported near Lucan April 24. Black Vulture (Simcoe): One bird was reported over Barrie APril 28. MISSISSIPPI KITE (Chatham-Kent): One bird was reported at Rondeau Provincial Park April 27. SAY'S PHOEBE (Toronto): One bird was seen by many at Scarborough Heights Park APril 26. YELLOW-BROWED/HUME'S WARBLER (PEEL): This bird (consensus seems to be Yellow-browed) was seen and photographed by many lucky observers at Shalebank Hollow Park, Mississauga on April 24 and reported by one party again on APril 25. Lark Sparrow (Bruce): One bird was photographed visiting feeders between Inverhuron and Tiverton April 28 and 29. Lark Sparrow (Chatham-Kent): One bird was photographed just outside Rondeau Provincial Park April 27. Lark Sparrow (Toronto): One bird was seen and photographed by many at Ashbridges Bay Park April 27. GOLDEN-CROWNED SPARROW (Simcoe): There was an unconfirmed report of one at a feeder in Collingwood April 29. Apparently it was photographed but the photos have not yet been reviewed. Harris's Sparrow (Kawartha Lakes): The Charlore Park Drive bird was reported all week again this week. Harris's Sparrow (Norfolk): The Port Dover bird was reported April 23 and 28 this week. Summer Tanager (Norfolk): An adult male was photographed at the "New" Long Point Provincial Park April 27. Summer Tanager (Perth): A female-type bird was photographed near Amulree on April 28.
