The male Tufted Duck found by Erwin Batalla on 21st continues as of 5pm today on the St. Lawrence almost directly behind the 1000 Islands Playhouse/Springer Theatre in Gananoque, located on South Street. It went AWOL yesterday afternoon but has been seen at least 3 times today at various times. No idea how many people tried today but the mixed scaup/Ring-necked Duck flock is about 200m out (scope will help) and numbers about 150 in total.
If out this way, a ‘pair’ of Fish Crows have been showing well since the weekend in Kingston’s City Park, close to King Street East/Maitland.
