Yesterday evening I discovered a lovely Eurasian Wigeon at the Port Rowan wetlands which remains as of, well, now.
This afternoon Ryan Leys found another at the Old Cut Research Station although it may be a hybrid. Otherwise spring arrivals are more or less as expected for this time of year. Regular updates from Long Point will commence on the LPBO sightings board April 1. https://www.birdscanada.org/bird-science/long-point-bird-observatory/ Good Birding, Stu ____________________ -- Ontbirds and Birdnews are moderated email Listservs provided by the Ontario Field Ornithologists (OFO) as a service to all birders in Ontario.
