I just refound the Mew Gull at Cedar Beach, Kingsville, Essex County. I’m keeping this brief so that those searching can hopefully see it before dark. My current gps coordinates are (42.0104451, -82.7796576) and it is sitting on the ice on Lake Erie at the back edge of the open water at the mouth of this marina.
