I just flushed a Black Vulture from Outlet Beach where it meets the rivermouth of Outlet River. It soared right above me. It’s still here now, coasting in the strong west wind.
Park along County Road 18 nearest the Southeastern most part of Outlet Beach and walk through the park and to the waters edge.
