Observed at 7:54 Pm on September 16, 2018 at the bridge just east of John H Mark Homestead Conservation Area. Observed by Alan Ryff and myself as dusk was verging on night (thanks to local gentleman who forecast arrival of bird at 8 PM - we stayed.)
