While in CHURCHILL, MANITOBA , I noticed LONG-TAIiLED JAEGERS leaving the area
on 17th of June. They were climbing high and heading South.

Since then They have been sighted at K.Pt. during nice weather flying past
Kettle Point about 15 feet above the water and dipping down to pick up items of
interest of them from the water surface. around that date.
It might be a useful gambit to look at the Gt Lakes on nice days in and after
mid June to casually look out over the water to see if any Long-tails are
around.

    Wishing Everyone 'Good birding'
                                                             Alf. Kettle
point. Ont.
