The warbler is quietly working the willows north of the southwest parking lot. At 2:45pm it was just north of a pile of new hydro poles. The bird works the tops of thick horizontal branches, somewhat like a B&W Warbler. Generally in the mid or higher branches.
Can I suggest that all posters include a time of sighting, rather than "it is here now".
