Today east of Sundridge I came across a single Pine Grosbeak. The most common
finch observed today was Pine Siskin followed by Am.Goldfinch and a few Purple
Finch. White-winged Crossbills were difficult to find today with a total of 6
birds observed in 4 separate locations. At home a small flock of approx. 15
Common Redpoll flew over.

The Pine Grosbeak was found on the Sand Hill Rd. in Joly twp.. In Sundridge
take main street north to forest lake Rd. the 2nd Rd. to the left is the Sand
Hill Rd.

Sundridge is located on HWY 11 north of Huntsville .
