Observation end time: 16:00:00
Total observation time: 7 hours

Official Counter: Sean Jenniskens

Observers: Dave Martin, Jim McCoy, Linda Wladarski, Michael Williamson

Visitors:
Dave and Linda, Dave and Donica, Mike, and Jim.

Weather:
Wind was very light throughout the day, starting from the north and
switching to the southeast.

Raptor Observations:
We had a pretty stellar day on the tower today - especially considering
it's the fourth last count day of the season! 239 Raptors all-together, the
bulk being Red-tails (141). 37 Turkey Vultures seemed like a fairly
highcount this late in the season, as well as 23 Red-shoulders. There was
also a decent push of Accipiters with 10 Sharpies and 13 Cooper's. The
highlights of the day were 2 young Golden Eagles that went past just 4
minutes apart; which were followed by 2 young Bald Eagles about 20min
later. There were also 2 light morph Roughies seen.

Non-raptor Observations:
Another 650 American Crows migrated past the tower today. Also 21 more Pine
Siskins and 460 American Goldfinches were counted. Full eBird checklist can
be found here: https://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist/S40781642?share=true

Predictions:
Strong southwest winds and blue skies.
