Owen Ridgen just texted saying that they have located the bird in Bate's 
subdivision on 2nd Street.

Also present is a Ross's Goose, two Snow Geese, Tufted Titmice, Blackpoll 
Warbler, and a possible Oregon junco.

I will hopefully be on the scene in a couple hours!

Bate's subdivision is just North of Rondeau, and is accessed of Kent Bridge rd.
