Hi all,

I kid you not. This evening during the last hour of the Charitable Big Day, I
found a group of at least 50 Common Nighthawks foraging over Killaly Meadows
ESA in north London. I am not exaggerating at all...l counted them to the best
of my ability by 10s. There were likely more than 50, but I only ever saw about
50 at once. That's right, they were all seen at the same time. Quite the
spectacle!

Killaly Meadows ESA can be accessed from Adelaide St. by turning down Windemere
Rd. towards the baseball diamonds. There is a mini-golf place at the corner you
must turn.

Good birding,
