I just had a Neotropic Cormorant fly west-southwest past Whimbrel Point while
lake watching at Col. Sam Smith Park in Etobicoke.

The roughly mallard-sized bird flew by at 7:07am with a flock of about 30
Double-crested Cormorants and was materially smaller with much faster wingbeats
than the other birds. I had it in my scope for at least 30 seconds.

I suspect it came from the roost Tommy Thompson Park (Leslie Street Spit) in
Toronto.

Col. Sam Smith spark is south of the intersection of Kipling & Rathburn in
Etobicoke.
