The weekend closure of Victoria Street across the Lynde Shores Marsh forced a change of starting point to Hall’s Road. From there, this year’s trip covered Cranberry Marsh, Darlington Provincial Park, Corbett Creek Marsh and a storm water pond east of Lynde Creek. The group of 25 members tallied 63 species on a sunny but cool day. Despite driving a circuitous route to places most of the group had never been, nobody got lost.
