This morning at 0835h an American White Pelican was observed at the Mosaic
ponds. There is active construction in the ponds so it may not stick around.
The bird was preening on the easternmost berm associated with Canada Goose and
Mallard.
Directions: from QEW take the Red Hill Pkwy south to Mud St. Take Mud St to hwy
56, head south on the 56, then east on Hwy 3 following signs for Dunnville.
Stay on Main St. in Dunnville which turns into RR 3 (N. Shore Dr.) until Rymer
Rd. Head west on Rymer Rd. Ponds are on the north side of the road.
