https://youtu.be/l8EukKx5ksw Hi folks: https://youtu.be/l8EukKx5ksw Here is the Video of this remarkable finding by Noam Markus at The Leslie spit today!!The Willow Ptarmigan was still being seen on the beach at the Pipit Point late this PM.The bird should be there tomorrow ( if you can get away from our mother's day obligations or perhaps bring your mom along to see it!!)I was told that tomorrow there are no shuttles. It is a 5 km walk to the SE corner of the spit to PIPIT Point.... where the lake road turn 90 degrees north west, walk south toward he lake shore where there is rubble/garbage. Bird has been in this area for most of today. Best of luck... and Happy Mothers's day to all the mothers!
