A lot of the migrants that were here yesterday are still being seen today, and
there are a number of new migrants that have arrived.
Over 25 species of warbler are being seen including YELLOW-BREASTED CHAT,
KENTUCKY WARBLER, PROTHONOTARY WARBLER, CERULEAN WARBLER, and LOUISIANA
WATERTHRUSH. Others reported included CANADA, WILSON'S, TENNESSEE and BLACKPOLL
WARBLER. However, there are still many YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLERS moving through,
along with BLACK-AND-WHITE-WARBLERS.

The most productive locations in the Park continue to be Tilden Woods and the
Woodland Nature Trail (WNT), where at least three PROTHONOTARY WARBLERS
continue to be seen well at Bridge A. Also reported there was YELLOW-THROATED
VIREO and BLACKPOLL WARBLER. Another PROTHONOTARY WARBLER is being seen at
Bridge F. Also reported yesterday from WNT was an early CONNECTICUT WARBLER.

Lots of WHITE-THROATED SPARROWS are moving through, along with quite a few
WHITE-CROWNED SPARROWS and increasing numbers of LINCOLN'S SPARROWS. Still
lingering in the Park are a number of RUSTY BLACKBIRDS, a GOLDEN-CROWNED
KINGLET, a DARK-EYED JUNCO and a singing BROWN CREEPER.

At the tip this morning, people were reporting hundreds of COMMON TERNS,
possibly as many as 600. Reverse migration of SWALLOWS was also witnessed. Also
present in the area was BLACK-BILLED CUCKOO, WILSON'S WARBLER, BLACKPOLL
WARBLER, PINE WARBLER and TUFTED TITMOUSE.
