The White-faced Ibis found by Chris Ellingwood in Cameron (north of Lindsay) yesterday, was present in the same wet field on the north side of Long Beach Rd. when I arrived at 17:45, but flew toward Sturgeon Lake at 17:50. I could not relocate it in the immediate vicinity along the shore of the lake or in nearby wet fields. It was calling several times before it took flight.
