At approx. 6:20 pm we saw one Chimney Swift from our balcony, borne on the SW
winds about 20 min before the thunderstorm hit. We have only lived here for 4
years, but we usually see our first Swifts in the first few days of May.

We are in a building at the southeast corner of the 401 and Yonge St. in
Toronto, looking a little south of east off the balcony.

North York

>From the east, take the 401 to Yonge St., go south to Lord Seaton and drive up
>into the neighbourhood. From the west, exit the 401 at Avenue Rd., south to
>Wilson, east (left) to Yonge St., north to Lord Seaton. Either way, get into
>the neighbourhood and listen for the characteristic chittering.
