This morning the shrike was confirmed as a loggerhead. The bird was present in the field along the hedgerow east of 10th road east and south if green mountain road at the culvert It was heard by Bob Curry who also had decent scope looks.
Directions Take QEW to red hill parkway up to exit at mud street. Follow mud east across to 10th road east and go north. The other access is up 50 road from QEW niagara and this exit is now closed. Dress warm. Scope is needed.
