A juvenile red-necked phalarope flew in and landed on the Moira River in
Belleville this morning. It was briefly on the water just north of the foot
bridge at the end of Burrell Street before it flew to the north. I could
not relocate it. My eBird checklist has photos attached:

Belleville is between Toronto and Kingston on Highway 401.
