I also saw the Bell's Vireo on Sunday at Mud Lake Ottawa We took 24 hours and lots of books and internet before deciding that YES it was a BELL'S !!! it had the white wing bars (faint but there). It had a slight blue tint to the legs.. It was close to the ground in thick brush (never got more than 6 feet off the ground).... It never made a sound!!!
