Lisa in the office came up with a unique way to get your permit or a copy of it. If you contact Lisa at the office 613-475-1162 she will fax or email a permit to you if you send a check in the mail, all you have to do is take a photo of the check and email it to her to confirm that you are paying. Please don't forget to fill out the form and email it also.
