Hi every one it has been a long time since I have made a report, and I see lots have made the report on the Ruff, it was still there at5pm when I stopped by.
Again I would like to say that a Permit is required for entry, although this is a rare sighting please do not put me in the position to ask anyone to leave because They do not have a permit.
