Roger Frost found a first summer Franklin’s Gull on the west pier at the mouth
of Port Hope harbour about 7pm this evening, Monday, May 9.
It was being harassed by larger gulls and unfortunately flew off to the west
just before I arrived.
May be worth looking for tomorrow – Bowmanville, Oshawa, Whitby?
