Hello birders, Erika Hentsch, Barb Charlton and I are currently watching a Eurasian Wigeon drake at Lee Browns. It's walking around the edge of the pond associating with many other waterfowl.
Earlier today we also saw an Eurasian Wigeon on East Quarter Line, just south of 10th Concession Rd. This bird has been present at this location for several days. On another note we also saw and photographed a Louisiana Waterthrush in Long Point Provincial Park. A nice early migrant! Directions to Lee Browns: To get there, take highway 59 to Long Point, then follow Lakeshore Road west. The pond is across from to #2575.
