At 8:40 a.m. this morning there was a Greater White-fronted Goose resting with about a hundred Canada Geese in the southernmost cell of the Richmond Lagoons. Richmond is in the southeastern portion of Ottawa.
Directions: From Highway 417 take Eagleson Road south to Richmond. Continue on Eagleson another 700 metres to a small parking lot on your right. The southernmost lagoon is directly in front of the parking lot.
