End Time and Location: About 4 pm at the West Gate on Highway 60. No problem if you need to leave earlier. Park Use Permits: Available between 8 and 9 am at the Visitor Centre. Just come to the Visitor Centre rather than obtaining your permit at the gates. Permits for both Daily use and Summer Seasonal use are available. Footwear: Waterproof footwear may be needed at times, although we will try to avoid where possible any lingering snow in shaded areas and melt water puddles. Lunch Location: At the Visitor Centre. Bring your own and/or purchase lunch, coffee, etc. at the Visitor Centre restaurant. Accommodation: The following are only a few examples of establishments available.
