Thanks Reuven....  yes folks the Western Grebe was some 250 m west from the 
Credit River mouth, in the next bay west toward Ben Machree Park. All the 24 
partecipants, from Riverwood Sponsored bird hike saw it in my scope ( with one 
exception!, because the Waterboards guys came out and paddled on the lake and 
the birds moved). Many took pictures.
    Other birds... 100 Bonaparte's Gulls, 200 Tree Swallows, Red-necked and 
Horned Grebes, many DC Cormorants, Lesser Scaup, WW Scoters, etc ..etc
