The Gyrfalcon is currently still present in the same tree next to the road. It is in a tree literally right next to the side of the road, about 150m west of and across the street from 6380 Brickyard Line. This road is east of Hwy 21 (Forest Rd) and north of Warwick, Lambton County.
The Gyrfalcon appears to be startlingly tame, and if it is a wild individual (which I do not doubt due to its apparent behaviour when it was first found weeks ago) it is likely ill and emaciated. If its health does seem to continue to diminish please do not chase this bird around to try to catch it to help it. Birds of prey are extremely resilient to showing weakness and chasing it to try to help it would likely lead to severe exhaustion and death. Good birding!
