Observation start time: 09:15:00
Observation end time: 16:00:00
Total observation time: 6.75 hours

Official Counter: Jenna McDermott

Observers: Jeremy Hatt, Jim McCoy, John Craft, Larry Ludwicki

Weather:
A heavy and never ending fog persisted all day, limiting visibility for
most of the time to around 100-200 meters. The farthest we could see in the
afternoon was almost to the north side of the marsh, but even then the view
was not very clear. The wind from the north was wasted due to the fog, but
even it was very light, not going over 4kph. At 3pm it switched to the SE.
The temperature ranged between 1.1C and 3.2C

Raptor Observations:
No raptors seen

Non-raptor Observations:
Not really much of anything could be seen. A smattering of ghostly looking
ducks were spotted through the fog. One American Goldfinch was heard, and
10 Horned Larks were seen moving west. Around the tower there were
chickadees, a Winter Wren, a Song, White-throated, and Swamp Sparrow, and
the usual male and female Northern Cardinals. See today`s eBird list

Predictions:
A foggy morning that is supposed to clear by 10am, leaving behind a 7C day
with sun, clouds, and a 19kph SW wind.
