  The Buffalo Bird Report is a service provided by your
  Buffalo Museum of Science and the Buffalo Ornithological
  Society. To contact the Science Museum, call 896-5200. Press
  the pound key to report sightings before the end of this
  report.

  Not surprising, a quiet time of year for reports from the
  Niagara Frontier Region - June 4 through June 11.

  June 7, at the Tillman Wildlife Management Area in Clarence,
  4 UPLAND SANDPIPERS and 2 GRASSHOPPER SPARROWS.

  At Point Breeze in Orleans County,June 6th, RED-HEADED
  WDPKR. in the woods on the west side of Oak Orchard Creek at
  Lake Ontario.

  Also the 6th, YELLOW-BILLED CUCKOO at the Canadaway Creek
  WMA in the Chautauqua County Town of Arkwright.

  Upcoming, this Sunday, June 14, a BOS field trip, led by Joe
  Mitchell, to Hunter's Creek County Park in the Erie County
  Town of Wales. Meet at 7:30 AM at the Centerline Road
  parking lot, one-quarter mile east of Vermont Hill Road.
  Expect a moderately strenuous two mile hike in search of
  breeding forest birds. Visitors are always welcome on BOS
  trips.

  The Bird Report will be updated Thursday evening, June 18.
  Please call in your sightings by noon Thursday. You may
  report sightings after the tone. Thank you for calling and
  reporting.
