Sorry about the later post, but had a technical difficulty at my end, and my original post was misdirected. My first time posting here, but had to note that on Monday June 8th, at approx. 2:30 pm my daughter and I saw a White Pelican flying from the Niagara River heading west over the Niagara Parkway at the Niagara Parks greenhouses, which are just above the falls. Unmistakeable. Shortly after that we saw a Great Egret at the Dufferin Islands picnic area, where we had parked. Perhaps a local that I wouldn't be aware of.
