Posting on behalf of Steve Pike, who contacted me on behalf of Adam Pinch. 

Steve Pike just called me to tell me that Adam Pinch just called him to tell 
him that Adam just refound the Gray Kingbird, at the exact same spot as where 
we originally found it two days ago. See directions below from my original 
post.
