At 1:15 today just seen - scope necessary - great views! Bannister lake is just outside the HSA but much closer than the drive to Big Creek and better views. Located on Wrigley road just west of Spragues Rd (Hwy 24A) just outside Paris ON. Park in the parking area - take the trail along the lake to the observation tower - bird was directly across in the weedy area on the far side with American Wigeons.
