A single Ross’s Goose was present today along with and array of waterfowl,
Greater Yellowlegs and Pied-billed Grebe. The White-fronted Geese reported
yesterday were not present, but may be in corn field in the area.

Directions: Drive West from Alliston on Hwy 89 for about 4 kilometres and turn
north on the third Concession. Take the next left onto the 5th Sideroad. The
pit is on the north side. The birds also were seen feeding in the fields in
the vicinity.
